Karen Hardy

Karen specializes in human resource management for clients and for the firm. In addition, she provides accounting and business advisory services to owner managed businesses in various sectors of the economy.

Karen has certification as a RAN.ONE consultant since 2000 and has managed several consulting engagements involving general and human resource management since 1997. Karen runs several in-house seminars on topics such as productivity improvement, organization and re-engineering. Karen has been at the forefront of change management within the firm and has assisted clients in this regard.

Karen received her CMA designation in 1988 and a Certified Management Consultant designation in 2002. Karen came to Segal LLP in a merger in 2003 and has over 20 years experience in a chartered accounting firm.
