Family and personal life are important and worth promoting. At Segal, there are several programs in place to help our team build a balance. We developed half day Fridays for summer after reflecting on scheduling of client work and to take advantage of the short season.
As with any career, there are deadlines to meet. We try to monitor and manage workflow to limit encroachment on team member’s personal time. Segal also encourages team members to discuss their personal needs and we have many creative compromises that we have developed together.
