Segal has policies and employee standards in place which serve as a reliable framework for team member expectations. We have a quality control manual, an employee manual, job descriptions and hierarchy – all making a solid structure, a foundation.
ADAPTING TO YOUR NEEDS
But there is so much flexibility. Many times, standards have been adapted to suit individual needs. A new mother might need an earlier finish for day care pick up, a long distance commuter might want to telecommute many days in the week or a team member pursuing their undergraduate or post graduate degree may need a leave of absence. We have accommodated many different needs and strive to be fair and flexible with all our team members.
