Both stakeholder groups, clients and team members, benefit from the depth of knowledge that is available as a resource from the partners. That encourages all team members to share their knowledge and support each other. If an interesting issue comes to light on a file, team members can refer to others who may have had similar situations and bring the issue to resolution efficiently and effectively. The environment is one in which each individual feels part of the whole and is able to seek help or advise from any other individual.
Whenever a team member has been to specialized training, they present a lunch and learn to others to give them highlights. Segal makes good use of our Intranet to share our presentation materials, manuals, documents and handbooks. Segal is a very collaborative and co-operative environment.
