OUR APPROACH
Through careful financial analysis that included discounted cash flow, competitive position, and the quality of future earnings, we determined the real value of the business to be $16M. Further, we identified unique synergies between an interested buyer and the vendor, which unlocked an additional $2M in value.

The Company was sold for $18M.
