A There really is no such thing. They range in size from startups to companies with sales of $100m. What they do have in common is a desire to grow, improve or realize on their life’s work.

Q WILL THIS TAKE UP A LOT OF MY TIME?

A Yes, perhaps 6 or 7 hours each month, so one of our early challenges will be to reorganize your own personal work flow so that you can work on your business instead of in it.

Q THIS SOUNDS GOOD BUT MY BUSINESS IS DIFFERENT & WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT IT?

A Every business is different yet the same. Every business has issues around strategy & vision, structure, culture, products & services, marketing & sales, people, systems & processes & finance. We will quickly learn the particular nuances of your business & industry but best business practice is common to all.

Q WHO IN MY COMPANY WILL YOU WORK WITH?

A That depends but we may work with your sales people, your controller, HR people, production people, marketing people & maybe all of your people at different times.

Q HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

A We have worked with clients for as little as 12 weeks to as long as 12 years & counting. You control this process so it’s always up to you.

Q WHAT DOES IT COST?

A A typical fee for ongoing monthly work would range from $2,500 to $3,500 per month. If additional business advisory services are required nothing will be done without your prior fee approval. Transactional & specific project work will be determined case-by-case based on complexity & size.

Q WHAT DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO?

A Nothing. You can end the process whenever you like.

Q HOW DO WE START?

A It starts with a conversation between us at no cost to you. This is to determine if what you need matches what we have to offer. The conversation will cover the rules of engagement, fees & an in-depth discussion of your concerns. At the end of this we will mutually discover if we should be working together.
